Chiken Fajitas

  1. Combine 2 large clean and gutted squid, ½ cup soy sauce, and 1 cup squeezed lemon juice and marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat pan and pour-in 3 tbsps cooking oil.
  3. Saute 4 gloves minced garlic, 1 pc minced onion, 2 stalks chopped celery, and 1 pc diced tomato.
  4. Put-in 500g ground pork and cook until light brown.
  5. Add 1 pc chopped carrot, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Cook for 10-15 mins.
  6. Stuff marinated squid with cooked ground pork.
  7. Insert toothpicks to the squid to secure the filling.
  8. Dip the stuffed squid in 1 pc beaten egg then dredge in ½ cup flour.
  9. Set aside. Pan-fry the squid in ½ cup cooking oil.
  10. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes or until tender.
  11. Transfer the cooked squid in a serving plate and serve.
