Strawberry Toast with Vanilla Ice Cream
1. Bread
2. Strawberries
3. Eggs

  1. Preheat a griddle at 250°F.
  2. Using baking dish, combine 1 cup melted vanilla ice cream, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. Whisk until blended.
  3. Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture.
  4. Cook bread for 4 minutes each side in the preheated griddle.
  5. Transfer into a serving plate.
  6. Top with 2 scoop vanilla ice cream, freshly cut strawberries and drizzle with strawberry syrup.
