Skillet Pork Cutlet with Apples

  1. Season pork cutlets with 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 3/4tsp onion powder and 3/4 tsp cinnamon.
  2. Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add 1 1/2 butter and seasoned pork cutlets. Cooked each side for 3 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Add 2 sliced apples and onions into skillet. Cook for 2 mintues.
  4. Sprinkle 1tsp salt and pepper, 8oz chicken broth, 2tsp mustard and 2tsp rosemary.
  5. Return pork cutlets to skillet. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove heat. Garnish with fresh herbs.
