Sisig Wraps

  1. In a pan, cook 1 pack of Monterey sisig.
  2. Once cooked, combine it with chopped onions, cilantro, 3 tbsp soy sauce, ½ lemon juice, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Mix everything together.
  3. Wrap with tortilla wrapper. Fill each tortilla with a couple spoonfuls of the pork sisig.
  4. Top with onion leaves and cilantro. Serve & enjoy.
