Chiken Fajitas

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper.
  3. Unroll each 2 roll of puff pastry.
  4. Slice each of the hotdog lengthwise, insert the sliced cheese into the slits of the hotdog.
  5. Place the hotdog in the center of puff pastry, fold over the sides.
  6. Then brush with water to seal and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush each hotdog with 1 pc beaten egg and sprinkle over sesame seed.
  8. Bake 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
