Pork Sukiyaki

  1. Prepare all the vegtables needed for sukiyaki. Cut into quarters 1 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup tofu cut into cubes, 2 bunches of green onions cut into 1 inch and 1/2 cup mushrooms. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 2/3 cup soy sauce, 6 tbsp sake, 2/3 cup brown sugar and 1 1/2 cups water. Stir and set aside.
  3. Using a pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add 2 1/2 cups of pork sukiyaki. Cook until meat is tender then add sauce, 1 cup noodles and vegetables into the pan.
  4. Allow ingredients to cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Best serve with sticky rice.
