Penne Pasta with Hotdog in Tomato Sauce

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Using large skillet, add 1tbsp oil, 1 pound chicken hot dogs, 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced green pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 can stewed tomatoes, 8 ounces tomato sauce, 1tsp garlic poweder, 1tsp dried basil, 1tsp dired oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper and 1/4tsp crushed red pepper flakes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add drained pasta and toss with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
