Pan Seared Sirloin Steak with Mushroom Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, marinate 4 grams sirloin steak with 2tsp salt and pepper.
  2. Using skillet, melt 4tbsp butter, I1 tsp Italian seasoning and 4 garlic cloves. Add marinated sirloin steak and cook each side for 5 minutes. Set aside.

For the Mushroom Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, melt 2tbsp butter. Add 8 ounces sliced mushroom, 2tbsp beef broth, 2tsp salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add 1 heavy cream and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Plate cooked sirloin steaks and top with mushroom sauce. Garnish with parsley.
