Lemon Butter Chicken

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. In a large pan, melt 1 tbsp butter then add chicken. Sear both sides until golden brown and set aside.
  3. Using the same pan, melt another 1 tbsp butter and saute 3 cloves minced garlic. Add in 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1 tsp thyme. Stir and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in 2 tbsp rosemary and allow sauce to thicken.
  5. In a baking pan, add in the chicken and sauce then bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve with hot rice! Enjoy.
