Hotdog with Kimchi Slaw

    Make the slaw:
  1. Stir together the 1 cup minced kimchi, 1 cup grated veggies, 4 pcs scallions, 2 tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro, and ½ tsp. salt. Let this sit for at least 10 minutes.
    Make the chili-mayo sauce:
  1. Whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise with 3 to 4 tbsp. gochujang chili paste and ½ lime juice.
    Grill the hotdogs:
  1. Heat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat (about 350°F) and grill the hot dogs and the buns over direct heat.
  2. Heat the buns for just 30 seconds to crisp up a bit.
  3. Top each hot dog with amount of slaw and drizzle with the chili mayo sauce. Serve immediately!
