Hamburger Steak

  1. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Cook Hamburger patties about 4 minutes each side.Transfer in a plate and set aside.
  2. Using the same pan, add in 2 tbsp flour,1 cup beef broth and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Simmer and stir until gravy thickens.
  3. Season gravy with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
  4. Put in cooked hamburger patties into the pan and allow gravy to cover it. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
