Chiken Fajitas

Procedure:
  1. In a bowl, combine 1 kg chopped chicken, 1 cup plain yoghurt, 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp ginger, 2 tsp masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp salt. Marinate chicken.
  2. Heat pan over medium high heat, fry chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Melt 2 tbsp butter, add in diced onions, 1 1/2 tbsp garlic and 1 tbsp grated ginger. Saute for 2 minutes then add 1 1/2 tsp masala, 1 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tsp coriander. Stir occasionally while sauteing.
  4. Pour in tomato sauce, 1 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp salt. Simmer for 15 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in 1 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1 tsp brown sugar through the sauce. Cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
