cheesy baked mussels

  1. Pre heat oven to 355°F.
  2. In a medium size pan, add 2 pounds Oyster and 1 cup of water. Steam for 5 minutes or until the shells open up.
  3. Using saucepan, add 3/4 cup butter, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 whole minced garlic. Cook until tender. Remove from heat and mix with 3 tbsp bread crumbs.
  4. Top each oyster with butter garlic mix. Add quick melting cheese.
  5. In a baking tray, line the aluminum foil. Arrange the oysters on top.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese has melted.
