Chiken Fajitas

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp paprika, 1/4 cup cilantro and 2 lbs of breakfast steak.
  2. Cover and Marinate meat for 2 - 8 hours.
  3. Remove meat from marinade, transfer to a cutting board and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp cooking oil and cook each side of the steak for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Set aside and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Using the same pan, add in 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil. Place 2 medium sliced onions, 3 bell peppers cut into strips and a pinch of salt. Cook until soft.
  7. Serve steak along with the fajita veggies.
