Chiken Fajitas

Procedure:
  1. Cooked beef over medium high heat until golden brown.
  2. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 large diced carrot, 1/2 medium bell pepper cut into cubes and 3 cloves minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Pour in 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can beans, 3 cups beef broth, 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp granulated sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground pepper, 1 1/2 tsp chili powder. Stir well to combine.
  4. Allow Chili to cook for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Turn off heat and let chili rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Best serve with nachos.
