Chiken Fajitas

  1. Poke a stick through half of a hotdog. Spiral cut by diagonally placing the knife against the hotdog while rotating.
  2. Spread open to create space between the slits.
  3. Combine 100g pancake mix with 2 tbsp water.
  4. Divide into 8 portions. Roll the dough out into a 10pcs strip.
  5. Roll the dough around the hotdog.
  6. Deep-fry for 2-3 minutes at 160°C. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
