Chiken Fajitas

  1. Boil 1kg potatoes and blend them well.
  2. Add 4 tbsp flour into the blend potatoes, salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the hotdogs into pieces.
  4. Put some oil on your hand, take some potato puree and put a piece of hotdog into the middle. Wrap the hotdog well into the potato.
  5. Drop the shaped potato croquettes into 2 pcs whisked eggs, and roll them into 100g breadcrumbs.
  6. Deep-fry the potato croquettes into cooking oil until brown.
  7. Serve with your favorite salad or spread.
