Chiken Fajitas

  1. In wide pan, heat 1 tbsp. oil over high heat.
  2. Add 1pc thinly sliced onion and 3 gloves minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add Pork Pata and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Add 3 cups pineapple juice, ¼ cup soy sauce and 1 cup water. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for about 2-3 hours or until pork is tender.
  5. Add 2 tbsp brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
