Chiken Fajitas

  1. Scoop ½ cup sized of cheese ice cream. Place on baking sheet and freeze until firm
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup cornflakes and 2 tsp cinnamon. In another bowl, beat 3 egg whites until foamy.
  3. Stir in 3 ½ cups chicken stocks, 4 tbsp basil, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp vinegar, pasta, and 1 can tomatoes. Bring mixture to a boil; cook until pasta is almost done,stirring frequently.
  4. Arrange mozzarella over pasta mixture. Bake at 350° for 15 mins or until pasta is done. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp basil.
  5. Prepare savory chicken and cut according to desired size.
  6. Cut onion and bell pepper into quarters. Peel the first 3 outer layers of onion, Then slice each quarter into 3 strips.
  7. Thread each skewer with 2 pcs bell pepper, 2 pcs of chicken, and 1 pc onion.
  8. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct heat cooking.
  9. Grill over high heat until the vegetables and chicken is tender. Transfer to a serving platter.
